    Re: pivot table problem

How are you getting the pivot table to give you column values that do not exist in the data?
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Notwithstanding the query about your pivot table, would using Scaling and "Fit all columns on one page" in the print settings solve your problem?

I think this is what you are looking for...
Right click on the table and choose "Pivot Table Options"> "Display" tab
Uncheck "show items with no data on Columns"

    Re: pivot table problem

It looks like all the columns are wider than they need be. Select all the columns that the pivot table occupies (the entire columns are selected and not just the pivot table) then double click the dividers between the column letters. That should shrink the column widths to the minimum for your data unless you have something written above or below the pivot table that we don't see.
Double click where I have circled in red.
