I am trying to use a calculated field in a pivot table, but cannot seem to get the result I am seeking. The table consists of the count of the NCRs, the sum of the stages, and I wish to calculate the ratio of the two items.
Can it be done, or is it impossible to use a counted value in a calculated field?

you could add a new column to the source data that just has 1 in each row and then sum that instead of counting the NCR. or since you have 2010 you could use the free powerpivot addin which is much more powerful than standard pivot tables
