Angry Working with excel to track training and expiry dates

I have been working on a formula to help with a training document. I have the document set up to mark Pass or Fail and color change. As my boss requested. What I want to do is have the formula in one cell so that When some one passes the date of expiry for the course comes up as +730 days.
I have tried using if, If and, And strait sum. None seam to work.

    I would like "G" to calculate + 730 to "A" if in "F" is a pass.
