Hi there im am going to amend and use this quality Monitoring form to suit my department (see Attachment) i was wondering if any one could help or show me what's the best way to create a scorecard for the results i would like the scorecard to be able to produce stat's on a daily/weekly/Monthly basis. i would be scoring 2 calls per week for each employee.
i want to be able to see a pattern of what the good and bad point are in a call for each employee , this way i can give good feedback when praising but also pointing out what needs improvement.
can some one show me a good way to design this please
