Right Click on the button
And select assign macro
My General Rules if you want my help. Not aimed at any person in particular:

If it is not important to you then it definitely is not important to me.
Right-click on the button and choose Assign Macro from the drop-down. From there, click on the macro name that you want to be associated with the button from the list provided, then OK.

Thank you - so easy cant believe i forgot it
You don't say what kind of button you created. If it is a button from the Form Controls, you can right click as described above and assign the macro. However, if you inserted an AxtiveX control, this won't work.
