Recording rows of data based on time/date.

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet which has live data from a database.

example

Current Date - Current Time - Batch 1 - Batch 2 - Batch 3 - Batch 4 - Total
02/05/2016 13:02 100 85 23 74 282

Is there any way I can instruct excel to record the data based on the time and date I set in a different sheet.

So if I would like to know what the above data looks like at say

A1 02/05/2016 - 13:30 the data would record here based on that date/time.
A2 02/05/2016 - 14:00 " "
A3 02/05/2016 - 14:30 " "
