I want to lock the cell A6 in worksheet.
I just want that user cannot input the value in cell A6...How is that possible???

Click on the cell > Ctrl+1 > Protection > Locked Should be checked.
By Default all cells are locked, so you might have to unlock all cells 1st and then lock the one required.
Then goto the Review Tab, and protect sheet.
