I have a column of cells with dates in them I want the cells to change color when it hits certain criteria, I want the cells to turn green from the date in the column through -150 days from that date, yellow from -151 days to -170 days from that date, orange from -171 days to -180 days from the date, and red if it is over 180 days from the date.
Would you give a few examples. It's not clear whether 'from that date' means in advance of (presumably) today's date or before today's date

yes it would be either todays date or before, we are tracking training that is due every 6 months and want the cells to change color from green to yellow to orange at the different time intervals and red when it is over due
