shortcut to move tab

I'm not sure what is "shorter" than dragging a tab to the location you want it, so I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for.

Sometimes I use these keystrokes (Excel 2007 -- not sure how 2013 navigates the ribbon using the keyboard).
alt -- highlights the ribbon with the available keys for the different command groups
h -- Home Group
o -- format group dropdown on the home group.
m -- brings up the sheet move/copy menu/dialog
