    Column Offset Formula - Sequential Columns Target

    Hi folks,

    needing some help on offset formula.

    I am targeting 3 Columns

    Column D,E and F

    D and E works, but Column F always appears in Column G

    Set TargetCell = TargetCell.Offset(, 1)
    Because you have used SET, the new TargetCell is in column E, not Column D, so

    Set TargetCell = TargetCell.Offset(, 2), jumps 2 columns from E (not D), i.e. column G. You don't have to use the SET:

    Hello Folks,

    I was trying to populate cells.

    I will preface by saying - I still don't understand the offset formula thing
    But I managed to get below working

    I was trying to put file name in column D, Title in column E, and the content of the file in Column F
