Consolidating Data From a Table to a Graph

    CONFIDENTIAL_SSP_Calibration Data RG1 RG2.xlsx

    Hi there,

I am looking for some assistance with an excel formula.

I have attached an example of the tables and data I am working with and would ultimately like to be able to give each user an overall rating in the 9 box based on their ratings in the graph at the top of the sheet.

ie. if user a has an overall form rating =1 & an overall potential rating= 1, then I would like to see UserA fall into the applicable box in the corresponding graph?

Can anyone assist with this formula please?

    Thanks in advance
