Run table of values through a tab of calculations

    Dear people cleverer than me,
I am looking for some advice on how to run a series of values in a table through a calculation on another tab and then return the value back to a column on the original.

    See attached.
I have selected the appropriate cells in the first row - how would I go about making this iterative for all the following rows?

Cell C5 into F5 (on calc sheet)

Cell F5 into F7 (on calc sheet)

Cell G5 into H28 (on calc sheet)

Cell H5 into H30 (on calc sheet)

Cell J5 into H34 (on calc sheet)

Cell H168 (on calc sheet) BACK into J5

You're not likely to like my suggestion, but here it is anyway. Is it essential to have the calc sheet arranged the way it is? It appears that you have spent some time and effort to make calc sheet look nice, but my suggestion would be to completely redo calc sheet. What I have learned to do as I have programmed "complex calculations that I want to repeat" like this, I have learned that I want to arrange the calculation, if at all possible, so that it fits in a single row (often with a section at the top for constants and other non-changing parameters). With the calculation arranged in a single row, and with the correct combination of relative and absolute references, it is a simple copy and paste operation to perform the calculation for multiple inputs. That's my suggestion.

You may have to "fill in the blanks" for Moment, Axial and Sheer if they are used in the calculation. However the code is simple enough, that you should be able to figure out where to insert these lines.

One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
