creating a packing slip

hi everyone,

Please help, I'm lost. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I'm pretty much a novice in excel, I need help creating a packing slip. The data is in a spreadsheet and it includes, the store id, description, SKU and quantity. So basically, I'd like to create a packing slip per store id.

I've added a template of the packing slip that I'm wanting to use and the all the data.

sorry, i didn't explain fully. I would like the packing slip to populate automatically somehow with the different store id's, i.e store id 1042, store 1053 etc and all the other order details.

Change Store ID in a field and you'll get new data.

For example 1464
