Adding a Date Picker to a workbook

Dear Friends,

It was a while since i've needed help, and my question today might be a bit shamefull, but i think i need some help.

Im working on a simplefied logbook so my collegues can seasyly fill in there work an a system.

What im looking for is a simple pop up calendar, so when you click a cell where they have to fill in a date, the calendar pops up with the date of today with the option to change te date.
So after they selected the right date, this date will be filled in the selected cell.

ive added my form.

I hope some one can help me out here.

Its important to know that the workbook needs to work on a standard version of excel, so i guess macro's are out of the question?
