    Neilesh,

You say you want to add one more condition to filter? It looks like it is just a custom list right now... can you explain exactly what you actually need?

Sorry but these formulas are not my strong suit and I don't have the time to work them out today. I think you need a combination of index and match in an array formula, but hopefully one of the people on this forum who use them more frequently can help you out with this.

Re: Very Urgent Promised Vs. Actual Cash Flow

    Hello Neilesh,

I'm having a hard time following you actually. Can you elaborate on how exactly do you want to "add one more" "filter" ?

I see a drop-down list in D6, do you mean you wanna generate this list everytime you update your row 7 in the other 2 sheet or something similar?

Or did you mean you want to add one more condition to your formula, which is

    =IF($D$4="Actual",SUMIFS('Actual Cash Flow'!D8:JU8,'Actual Cash Flow'!$D$6:$JU$6,$D$7&$D$6,'Actual Cash Flow'!$D$5:$JU$5,$D$4),SUMIFS('Planned Cash Flow'!D8:JU8,'Planned Cash Flow'!$D$6:$JU$6,$D$7,'Planned Cash Flow'!$D$5:$JU$5,$D$4&$D$6))

    Found on D9 for example?

Just exactly what condition, where and how do you wanna add it

Re: Very Urgent Promised Vs. Actual Cash Flow

    Hi Lemice,

Thanks a lot for your precious support and valuable phase. We do have 4 Banks for Cash Inflow and Outflow so accordingly for each week in Planned and Actual tab i have created 4 separate columns for each week. In Cash Flow Variance tab at D6 (Bank) filter which i also want to add condition based on Actual and Planned Cash Flow.

Can you please provide the formula for the same.

    Regards,

    Neilesh

Re: Very Urgent Promised Vs. Actual Cash Flow

Week filter is working fine but if i will select Bank 01 at cell D6 then in Cash Flow Variance should reflect for the particular week and for particular bank transaction.
