On the attached spreadsheet I have a table of data (Sheet 1). I need a fast and efficient way to pull the unique values in the Report column based on the criteria listed on the Records Tab. I would want the unique values to be on the records tab starting in cell A8. So basically the criteria is for unique reports worked with the date range provided for the ID number listed.
Any help is appreciated!

Thanks, but I need something formula based and without a pivot table, a vba code would work as well.
1) Then start showing us the expected result.
2) then make sure the example matches the question => 637536212 is not found in the file, so the result will be empty.
