Commercial Services Forum Question - Frustrated already

I sent an email to the administrators with a question about the Commercial Services Forum on 6/16/16 and I have not yet received a response....How can I be confident of your Commercial Services Forum if you cannot answer questions in a timely fashion?

Re: Commercial Services Forum Question - Frustrated already

Sent it to [email protected] (because I clicked on a link) and received the auto response:
Thanks for contacting Excel Forum with regards to Question about Commercial Services , one of our admin staff will be in touch as soon as possible. Rest assured the we at Excel Forum are committed to enhancing your experience and enjoyment whilst using our forums.

    Regards,
    Site admin.
    The question was:
I have reviewed the FAQ and do not find this answer in there…

If I add Subscription points and not all of them are used, what happens to the remaining? Can I get the money back?

    Thanks,

    Carol

    Point 6 covers your question...
    6. What should I do if my question is not answered?
Check if the points allotted are low, if it is then increase the points for that query. To increase the points, click on Edit Post (on your 1st post), then click on Go Advanced. You should see the points textbox where you can edit the points.
If the points allotted are adequate but the query is not resolved, then the amount will be refunded after 10 days of posting the query.

But not completely....it will be refunded to my points or it will be refunded to my paypal account? I'm wondering if I end up having points left over in my fund and I want them back to my paypal, how do I accomplish that?
