Hello,
I am trying to set up an audit schedule, and instead of manually updating the schedule, I'd like to understand if there's an easier solution to my problem with the use of a formula or macro. Instead of overcomplicating the heck out of this, I'm listing an example below.
I have a list of auditors and a list of processes that need to be audited.
Ideally, I would like for each process to be audited by everyone, but not each process being audited by everyone at the same time.
Example:
Column A Column B Column C Column D
(Row 1) J. Smith: (Week 1 - Process #1), (Week 2 - Process #2), (Week 3 - Process #3), (etc.)
(Row 2) L. Evans: (Week 1 - Process #2), (Week 2 - Process #3), (Week 3 - Process #4), (etc.)
(Row 3) J. Black: (Week 1 - Process #3), (Week 2 - Process #4), (Week 3 - Process #5), (etc.)
(Row 4) R. Savage: (Week 1 - Process #4), (Week 2 - Process #5), (Week 3 - Process #6), (etc.)
All of my processes are linked to individual sheets within the same excel file holding the schedule. Is there a macro that I can create to reference a list of data that already exists for all of the processes listed that need to be audited which are hyperlinked to different sheets in excel and can carry over the hyperlink as well?
