Charting two types of data in relation to time

I have data that I'm unsure how to graph-

I have employee names and tasks performed, which I need to plot to show overlap of tasks and the time it takes to complete these tasks. I was thinking I may have to do a scatter plot for tasks and a separate graph of some sort for time spent on each task for each employee, but ideally the information would be in one chart together so I can send it out to the department.
