Comparing data before and after a start date

Hi All,

I have a data set and I'm trying to compare referral activity before (before Date Joined) and after (after Date Joined) a recipient (Recipient ID) joined a strategy team. What I'm doing is comparing the total referral count (in this case 10) and the proportion of "Worked" referrals (in this case 6) by summing each referral column. So based on the sums of the referral columns, 6/10 referrals were worked, 3/10 had closed sales, 2/10 had no sale, and 1/10 is in the pipeline.

Is it possible to find the information in the pivot for before and after Date Joined?

I apologize if I'm not being clear. I know what I'm trying to do but I'm having a hard time explaining it.
