Pivot Time grouping not working

Hello FORUM
I am new to office 365.
I have created a pivot that has automatic Time grouping enhancements (where I can group the pivot by year, month, etc...).

For some reason time grouping feature has stopped working. I can not figure why. I have created a new sheet and copy past old date, but still pivot is not grouping dates. I have checked that my cells are formatted as time.


any idea what could be the problem?

Please attached a sample of your workbook so we can look for problems with the data or pivot table. Remember to replace any sensitive info before uploading the file.

I'd guess not all your row data are dates. If you have only one non-date it won't group by dates.
