I use Excel 2016 on a Windows 10 desktop

With my Excel SS, I have Conference Calls of companies usually listed this way:

Sprint (S) R. Marcelo Claure on Q1 2016 Results - Earnings Call Transcript
E*TRADE Financial's (ETFC) CEO Paul Idzik on Acquisition of OptionsHouse (Transcript)

and so on down the list, with EACH company having a cell...

I would like to replace everything from CEO to the end of the line in the cell
Each are of different lengths, BUT the same criteria applies

How do I do this?
