    Re: Snapshot VLOOKUP Help

    Hi,

In your PDF you refer to 6 snapshots but there are only 5.
    Am I missing something?

    Re: Snapshot VLOOKUP Help

    Hi,

    In your snapshot(s) you show:-

DAP under Incoterm - but DAP isn't shown in the Data under Incoterm
Express under Service but - Express isn't shown in the Data under Service
March under Month - but March isn't shown in the Data under Month (columns G, K and P)

    Can you clarify please?

    Regards

These have not been selected yet but may be added in the future when people add new lines and use the drop down box

    Hi
    Try this approach
Use in Snapshot!B3 the following formula
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

    where your row 1 from column B has the following values 2, 20, 22, 24, 26
This values can be founded if the labels of column match the labels of you data using MATCH function.

    Re: Snapshot VLOOKUP Help

See the attachment, for two possible solutions.

Columns B:G contain SUMIF formulas, based on the dropdown values selected.

Columns I:N show a slightly different way of doing it, using pivot tables.

    Re: Snapshot VLOOKUP Help

    Hi,

It is possible that I have misinterpreted your requirements.
The Pivot Table I have attached only shows the data that relates to the Shipping Company selected in cell C20.
