Links keep breaking, returning ref error

Hello,
I have a huge open office sheet, that I link to an external excel file.
The links are working properly, except for two tabs and I cant figure out why they are breaking.

Basically, the links work, until i open the source file - then all the links (but only in the problematic tab) break and return a ref error....

Anyone ever encountered this ? Thanks !

UPDATE: I have noticed, the links seem to work, when the source file is closed. When I open the source file, the links immediately return REF error..

Some formulas don't work on closed files.
What are the formulas?
Post the file if you can, remove any sensitive data
