I send out a daily form and on some people's systems, the page breaks are on a different column then the way I saved it, or even appears on my system. Shouldn't the page break always remain at "K" if I saved it there?

Page breaks will be affected by the printer settings on individual computers. Try specifying the number of pages wide/tall as well (Page Layout tab, Scale to Fit section). That might force Excel to keep the breaks in the same places - though I can't guarantee anything, sorry, as our computers at work all use the same printer, so I can't test with different settings.

I recently started a new job so am a bit busy and may not reply quickly. Sorry - it's not personal - I will reply eventually.
If your problem is solved, please go to 'Thread Tools' above your first post and 'Mark this Thread as Solved'.
If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
You don't need to give me rep if I helped, but a thank-you is nice.
I'll have to double check when i can, but i am 95% sure that this was an issue before, even when we used the same printer, because we use to only have the one printer.
Either way, they can drag the page break over to the next column and it prints just fine, so I guess I just don't understand why if the page break is set to "K" on one sheet, it feels to need to adjust itself on another computer. Maybe if the sheet was still in the default settings, but I adjusted the page breaks for this sheet.
Sure would love if excel had a way to truly save the settings. Unless the other computer is actually unable to use those settings.
