Calculate Average of 5 maximum daily values in every month

Hello Friends,
I have over 200firms with the daily values from 18-7-2000 to 21-7-2016.
1.I need to get the daily maximum value of each firm at the END OF EVERY MONTH
2.I also need to get the average of the 5 maximum daily values of each firm at the END OF EVERY MONTH


Please find attached a sample of my data and how the final result should be like. Thanks for the help

Thanks Jewelsharma, It worked well. But, I noticed i had to put the end of tge months in column O first before i could get desired result.
