How to get data based on multiple criteria without duplicating the data

Hi all,

I'm stuck to get the products data to extract out from my DailyLogs (served as my database)

In my Product column, I want a code that able to extract the product data from DailyLogs sheet based on date and outlet.

While inside my DailyLogs sheet, each product have 3 rows of data based on 3 days record. How do I able to extra the data without duplicating 3 times to my Product column?

Example:
Data from DailyLog Sheet

Date	Outlet	Product	Used
1/1/16	ABC Shop	Potato	4
1/1/16	ABC Shop	Cucumber	3
2/1/16	ABC Shop	Potato	6
2/1/16	ABC Shop	Cucumber	4
3/1/16	ABC Shop	Potato	10
3/1/16	ABC Shop	Cucumber	7

I would like to extract above data into my report on Sheet 2

No.	Product	1/1/16	2/1/16	3/1/16
1	Potato	4	6	10
2	Cucumber	3	4	7
