Please correct my formula

Hi everyone. I have been stuck with this for an hour now, and I need help with figuring out what's wrong with my formula.

So basically, the staff will get 10% incentive if it is "room". 8% if it's breakfast.

=IF(E3="room",(F3*G3)*10%),IF(E3=“breakfast",(F3*G3)*8%))

Try this:

=IF(E3="room",(F3*G3)*10%,IF(E3=“breakfast",(F3*G3)*8%,""))

=(F3*G3)*IF(E3="room",10%,IF(E3=“breakfast",8%,0))

Or

=(F3*G3)*((E3="room")*10%+(E3=“breakfast")*8%)
