How to remove these messages?

I'm the sole user of this PC and so don't want to get messages like these. So I'd much appreciate advice on the steps I need to take in Excel 365 / 2016 to prevent them please. Must admit I found the F1 Help hard to follow.

For the first, go to:

File/Options/Trust Centre/Trust Centre Settings

and uncheck the "Remove personal information...." box.

For the second, this can be done, but I don't recommend it. Macros can contain malicious code that can damage your PC. IMO it is no bad thing to get a reminder to think about where the file came from BEFORE you enable macros. Once they're enabled, it's too late.
