    Pop up Messages

    Dear All,

    I have different columns in employees database, including passport details, but I need to create pop-up message for those passport going to expire before some days. Can any one guide me how to create it?

    rather than popup message, which would requrie code, how about using conditional formatting?

    plenty of examples of CF via search.

    Lets say your data is from A2:J500 and you want the entire row to change to yellow if the passport will expire within 30 days. The passport date of receipt is in Column C and it expires 5 years from that date.
    Select that range and go to conditional formatting.

    Thanks, but i would like to get in the expiration date as a pop-up reminder. Can you advice me to create by using macro.
