Locking rows together while filtering

Hi! New to the forum, let me know if I done goofed in any way!

I'm currently making a spreadsheet for work to track deliveries and returns, the number one priority is that it's simple and easy to use, so I'm adding filters to help people find the item they're trying to add information to. My problem is that I can't seem to find a way to lock all six rows together so the information doesn't get muddled.

As Excel works on the rule '1 row - 1 record' you cannot 'lock' them together.

The easiest way - assuming you want to keep the 5 rows under each 'Example' together - is just repeat the 'Example X' text underneath for each row, that way they will all be displayed when the Filter is used ion that column. If you don't want the text to show just format it white.
