Excel error, whenever I hit save

Hi all,

Whenever I hit save on my Excel file, it says this:

A formula in the worksheet contains one or more invalid references....


It also pops up randomly.

I am worried the file will end up corrupt.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of these errors.
