Cell contains based amount change accordingly

Hello Experts,

I am looking for the value changes (From cell H5) from positive to negative and vice versa (From Cell L5) based on the expenses born by whom. If the expenses born by selected as "Company" (from Cell H5) then the value should change from positive to negative (From Cell L5) and if i select "Person" then the value should remain positive.
