Move Data from one cell (column) to another

Sir,

My requirement is to move data (from different lines) from one column to another.

1: The original data (on the right side) (not arranged name and below desgination)
2: how it should look (on the left side) (arranged - name, designation)

NOTE: firstcolumn data in first cell "ChadPerson, Chief Marketing Officer" is ok now. I will later move it. But my output is designation to be in different cell.

right now, i cut and copy (row A2, A4, A6) in E1, E4, E5, etc)
Is there any shorcuts?

There are 1000's of rows and its not good to keep manually doing this. Any tricks?

Thanks Antonio. Iam a newbie in Excel and yet to start writing code. I understand this should be the easiest way (writing codes) of doing this work. I need to learn fast.
