How to get hourly data into daily average (summary table)

I am new here and have problem sorting hourly data to daily average summary table.
I have attached the file.

Hi eshamishal and welcome to the forum.

In the attached please find the following already applied.

In output table column L are each unique date from the data in column A. In column K is a 'helper' column calculating the number of readings (rows of data) in each date. The formula is

Then in M3 filled down and across column S is this formula.

It uses the helper in column K to help establish the lower and upper row boundaries of each days data. It then averages those.
