    Trying to keep record and summarize daily activities for a team of six members

    Each member has four columns, Date/Category/Call Type/Name, this repeats six (or more depending on team size) times. I need to be able to limit the date column to a specific date and determine what the team did that day. Easy if each team member had their own worksheet but time consuming to switch back and forth.

    I am completely open to doing this a completely different way as well. This was just thrown together and now I am at a roadblock.

    Perhaps the attached is a good start toward what you need(?).

    I didn't understand some of it so have put some comments in red on the Summary sheet.

    Of course I could have completely misunderstood your need and this is of no use to you at all.
    If that's the case, give us a little more information and some expected results.

    Hey, the summary tab, is kind of a left over and would just give me an oversight of all but I like some of yours

    There are four types of Calls, admin/rehab/o>15/o<15; then Admin is a separate category. Calls-Admin is not the same as Admin.

    But I need the NAME columns to identify that specific line. For example. A3:D3 on Totals. It tells me on 10/6 a Rehab Call for Bill was done.

    Help or hurt?

    Not really cleared anything up for me I'm afraid.

    Attach your workbook again, this time with a manually generated expected result.
    That way we can see what you're after, what you envisage it looking like and where the info has come from.

    Ha. OK. Well I don't know what to really change that would demonstrate but let me know if this helps at all

    Basically though, there are six table on the page. I need a way that I can grab all the data for a specific date. I need to distinguish between dates. Each morning I send off a daily report for the previous days activities.
