=networkdays cells displaying random number, want it to be blank

Hello,

In column "m" do you know why the cells in red display that number " of 30483"?? i would like it to be blank until the dates are put in. Thanks for your help.

In M4 try this modified formula:

It looks at the data in column L. If it is empty then the formula returns nothing.
