Pivot Table Sort Numbers Descending

Hi All,

Have a pivot table with three 3 fields.

Pivot current arranges the cells within the field alphabetically. However, I want to arrange from highest to lowest number. The sort button doesn't seem able to do this. Does anyone have a suggestion. Picture should be able to show the problem without the need for a sample.

Hi,

I do not currently have Mac Excel available to me but my recollection is that it simply does not provide the same sorting capability as Windows versions, which do allow you to sort a row field using a value field.
