Pivot table to show certain column in descending order

The enclosed file is an extract from a far bigger file which has data added on a regular basis. On the second tab I have created a Pivot table to show cost for a particular month by location. What I would like is for this data to automatically sort by cost is descending order. ie: so that Willesden T.M.D is at the top. Can someone tell me how this can be done. and so it works on whatever month I choose. Thanks Kevin.

Very simple. Click on the column containing the $, for e.g. $811.21. And then right click, select Sort->Sort Largest to Smallest.

This will give you Willesden T.M.D at the top.
