Problem with copying and pasting. Is there another way to automate this? Maybe VBA?

Dear Readers:

I'm trying to copy and paste a SSN, empolyee ID and FEIN down so many rows. (could be 1 to 5 cells depending on the number of dependents covererd: Every dependent is covered in the same row under the Employee).

The only thing is that this is a copy and paste routine that must be done with 12,000 rows.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Obviously I've tried to do it manualy but that's not working.

I've tried a formula and that's not doing it either (unless someone is good with formulas).

As an Access guy I know that this could have been resolved easier but this is the way the boss wants it.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
