Adding Formula to existing cells that contains different constant Values

My excel sheet contains different constant values in different rows and columns. Now I want to multiply by a fixed column of corresponding rows. It became tedious to me to add formula for each cell separately e.g. =$E2*S2, =$E2*U2, =$E4*V4, =$E16*S16 so on. Please suggest me.

Are you wanting to SUM these separate products of non-contiguous columns? ... ie

    =$E2*S2 + $E2*U2 + $E4*V4 ?
