Adding multiple images without Excel crashing

Hi

Is there a way to add thumbnail multiple images to an excel document (more than 30) without slowing it down so it crashes every few minutes?
I need to create picture quotations for multiple products in the same sheet, but Excel cant handle it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, my images are already sized correctly. I have used a different program to cut them down to size. I am currently just using file, insert image to add them, but it crashes once i get too many.

I think you may have solved it for me, thank you. The file I am working on has about 80 images and went from 3mb to 1.2mb when i compressed it. I've just been using the file for a few minutes without it crashing so it looks like its worked. Thank you. I knew there had to be a simple answer, I just couldn't find it. Many Thanks
