UPPER CASE to LOWER CASE

Hi,
I have typed a list in all upper case in a worksheet in column A. Instead of me retyping it to a proper case, what do I Need to do to make the list from Upper case to a proper case?

are you looking for VBA or a simple formula. If simple formula and your upper case is in cell A2 for example you would put the formula =PROPER(A2) in an empty cell adjacent to it.
for VBA this should be posted in the VBA section.
