HO HO HO!!Random spread cells - need to acquire the lowest value in relation to one number

Hello,

Hoping that someone can help with my issue..

I have a value in a single cell A1 of 152.400. I also have several other cells, many are random (and not in an obvious sequence) which have values similar to A1.

What I need to do is find the lowest value, but in relation to cell A1. Tried using =MIN(A4,C6,H10etc........) but I have 450 cells that need comparing!!

I also need this for MAX value - assuming this is similar process.

Sorry for 'I want want WANT' - but it is nearly Christmas - I also need to calculate the % of results in some other cells that that are over the value 8
