Hi guys I would like to ask how can i connect two excel´s files. Is it possible type some value to one file and the same value would be showed in concrete cell in another excel´s file? (sorry for my english) thanks

Hi, welcome to the forum
yes, that is pretty simple - if you just want to reference a specific cell...
='[your-other-file-name.xlss]sheet-name'!$A$34
If you need to search for data, that can also be done, but is a bit more involved
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Thank you for welcome. I can´t imagine how to do it. I would like to type some value in file "1" and this value will be automatically fill into file "2" Check the picture please. I will be thankfull if you can help me.

Hi therre,
here you can find a way to connect two excel files:
In the Workbook Connections dialog box, click Add.
Near the bottom of the Existing Connections dialog box, click Browse for More.
Find your workbook, and click Open.
In the Select Table dialog box, select a table (worksheet), and click OK.

Jose123456, There is a tool called Microsoft Power Query that can solve your problem and you can download it from microsoft website.
Ok guys thanks everyone. I did it. Hovewer i have one more question about that. Is it possible that I type in one file "code" with some price and the same code with concrete price automatically fill to another file? I just want fill code, price, name etc. in one file but in another file i just want only code and price. Thanks for your answer I appreciate it.
