    Autoreplace certain text

Hello friends, is it possible to set up an excel or word file so that everytime I paste a text (sometimes many columns) certain text would be replaced. For instance:

I set up file so text "hello" would be replaced with "3" and then I paste (anywhere in the sheet).

If I paste this text "hello my friend hello" and the result is "3 my friend 3".

I don't want to make it default setting for an application, just for one certain file. I believe that withous using macros it is not very possible. Will wait for Your response.

You can easily do this through find and replace option pre build in excel and word.

You just press control H, you will get a window find and replace put find value and replace value then click on replace all.

    Hope this will help you

Thank You, I know this option, but I want it to be replaced each time automatically, because there are maybe 10 different text inputs which need to be replaced each time.
