Macro to Parse Text - Import text to Excel from Multiple Text Files & Folders

I want to run a macro, which will import Text (Required or All) from Many Text Files (.txt). Each Sub Folder in Directory has a Text File, which all are needed to be parsed to a common format.

On an average I generate 40 to 50 Text Files a Day and then open each one of them and copy to excel manually then processing the data manually, which is taking much of my time.

Text file has a data like

Which I process manually like this

Is there any way to do this through macro... Need your help in automating the parsing process. Attaching sample files (text file & manually processed file) for your reference...
    Please help...

    Thank you

If not possible to do entire process in one go.

I'm wondering Can we import Each Text File to Single Cell?
Entire text should be on Single Cell, No matter how many lines of text might be there in text file. and corresponding cell should have Text File Name (to cross verify at any point of time)

Is this possible? Please reply even if it is impossible!!
