help copying data from 1 cell and paste them to another cell with data already in it

Hello All,

I'm trying to consolidate user notes and need help to copy notes from 1 user/cell and paste them to a different cell which has notes already in it. I've tried pasting them to the beginning of the cells...to the end of the cell, but it wont paste. I'm sure there's a way, but for some reason my brain isn't working today >.< Any one know?

Check to see if it is in a filtered list or table (if you see Funnels like on the filter button in Data menu)you may need to unfilter the data. An example file would really be more helpful than IMAGINATION of the situation, please try to insert file.

Typically, you should be able to Cut and Paste....I prefer the shortcut keys, like Ctrl + C to Copy and Ctrl + V to paste OR you may need Paste Special as Values. Once you have copied what you want, you could also Right Click in the cell that you want to Paste to....from there a menu pops up with Paste Options: ....again if you can attach the file, it would be easier to assist you
