Input score, Sort wins/ Losses and show ranking

Some of my friends and myself play Madden against each other. As military vets, this is our get-a-way and connection amongst each other.

I need help creating a spreadsheet that allows us to enter a value, such as:

(player) Smoke [SCORE INPUT] VS (player) Tony [SCORE INPUT] [SUBMIT]

then after the score is submitted, it will sort and show Wins and Losses vs each opponent.

Also I want to show overall games played and a ranking based off of overall wins vs losses.

We have 10 members in our community.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 years ago I created a spreadsheet like so (see attached):

With more people involved, I need a more simple way to submit info to get the results I'm looking for.

yes simply you can do with sumif. if you upload your file, get faster result.
