    Hi and welcome!
After you choose Store1 in column F - what result do you expect?
Columns G,H and I should be filled automatically? I think you need one more column for "How many is sold".
And please attach sample excel workbook (Go Advanced - Manage Attachments)

If its possible when i chose Store1 in column F and below type that from product 6 i have sold 3 quantity to get how many are left.
If we need more column i think there is no problem with that.
And yes columns G,H and I should be filled automatically after you type how many products you have sold(when i chose Store X in column F)

Yes, it is necessary. Otherwise how is Excel going to know what to put in your column with the drop-down?

Check my concept of this file.
Columns N:P contains data about sold items for each product/store.
Drop-down in cell F2 will show current store data (sold and left).

    @ Kasan - sorry for off-topic interjection:

Although there is no official rule regarding this behaviour, we request that wherever possible both the question AND the answer be provided in substantive detail here within the thread. An attached workbook is an excellent aid for posing a question and offering a solution, but solely doing that with no in thread explanation makes it difficult for researchers to understand or consider the Q & A of this thread without downloading what may be a pointless doc to them, if they can do that at all. Doing that also hides the content from search engines so others may never benefit from this.

I'm sure you understand, and we look forward to seeing you post your formulas/macros in your posts for the searching benefit of all.

Thanks again for all your hard work here!
